Val has been reporting that Adelaide United, Sydney FC and both Melbourne clubs want to sign Troisi and according to Vince Grella, Adelaide are currently making a formal offer to his parent club Juventus.

Adelaide United suddenly getting rid of Osama Malik would suggest that they're making cap space to move either Chelo or Eugene into the cap and sign Troisi.

Would happily take Troisi. IIRC, when Juventus originally signed him back in 2012 it was a 4-year contract. So his contract should expire sometime this year. Can't see Juventus extending his contract, not at 28, and with him never having pulled on a Juve jersey. :-k

Troisi could easily come home for a few seasons, and then bugger off to Asia for a handy payday.

If we are getting rid of Malik to free up space in the cap to move one of Galekovic or Carrusca inside the cap so that we can sign Troisi as a marquee why are we getting David Williams?
We have plenty of forwards in the squad, Djite, Babalj, Pablo Sanchez, Kamau, Dugandzic, Cirio, Goodwin and Smith. There is no need for both Williams and Troisi.

Back to Victory on a Guest Stint. I hope. Then get another pay day in the offseason.

Would love to see us sign him. Guest player for the rest of the season. Then next season move brosquey under the cap (which he has already stated he is happy to do) and give the marquee spot to troisi.
