That's true and a massive number come by air and disappear. That's not the point here though. The system needs to be modified.

Was just at the visa office today in fact. Absolute madness with the influx and refugees registered under several different names. Berlin is so bad people stand from 4am until night and get registered after doing this 7 days in a row.
