The FFA are not perfect but they doing ok.
We need to get more of these 'eurosnobs' supporting our local football, i cant stand them to be honest
Same with the kiddies, get more into a-league and NPL matches, they our future!
All levels of the game need to put youth development first in order to produce the best players possible for national team and future a-league players
The game in this country is completely under funded at all levels and the FFA and state bodies don't do enough in this area
Players agents and the parents ruin too many young talent, they just hype them up to the point where the players don't earn it the hard way like the rest of the world
The league needs expanding ASAP with a second tier/division and eventually
The police and admin within don't understand the passion that fans bring to the sport
We tend to look australian football as inferior to the rest of the world, this needs to change if we want to achieve something in football

Woah, don't ask too much of them!

I'd say academy's within 5 years are paramount.

Academies facilities coaching education etc. should be included in the licensing requirements

It is much more important to win the Chapionship than the Premiership
Pablo Sanchez should be re-signed by Adelaide
The A-league should not expand soon

We need more teams in Sydney and Melbourne tv regions. This is the best way to increase interest and potential revenue. This is where the customers and viewers are.

Fuck Mat Leckie off unless it's against a vastly superior side.
Final round should all be at different times so we can watch them.
CFG are amazing.
David Carney has been one of the league's best this season, regardless of team results.

I think the FFA wants all A-League clubs to have academies by 2019 and the Strategic Plan has them assessing progress over the next 4 years.

No its National Development Training Centres, they want to create these things and be in place by 2019.

I heard that every a-league club will aim to have all academies in place next year.

true but it almost works

reminds me of this

I could never invent a sandwich like this, Lister. You see all the ingredients are wrong. The fried eggs: wrong; the chutney: wrong. The chilli sauce: all wrong. But put them together and somehow it works. It becomes right. It's you -- this sandwich, Lister, is you.

You might be surprised. We signed a MOU with the DFB in 2013 and they have been helping us on the issues of player development, technical issues, coach development, the exchange of information and best practices for football management etc and in our preparations for running the Asian Cup last year.

The Final Series Cup pre-season is far to long. Time to cull the pre-season games back from 27 to 18, so to stop the Final Series Cup clashing with the bigger sports.
