It's been a year or two since I read about it. I'd be willing to try it but not pay the $300,000 a hamburger would still cost aha I guess whether they get it right in the end will come down to whether people are willing to eat it and how much it costs to produce comparatively to farming

My wife is Vegan. She thought about it for years, did her research and slowly transitioned to a vegan lifestyle. In my opinion it is the best healthy lifestyle diet to be on, reducing many of the leading causes of early death.
