I made up my list of players I was interested in before the auction, it had something like 50 players, about 30 strikers and 20 midfielders. I then highlighted 4 players who I was really, really interested in buying. Aguero, Sturridge, Benteke and Batshuayi for various reasons. I was obviously not going to get them all, but getting three of them is far beyond what I imagined. Benteke is a bit of a risk due to being down the order at Liverpool but I like him as a striker. Hopefully he gets a move to be the first choice striker at another premier league club, Crystal Palace is interested among others, and if he does he could score lots of goals.
