Latest is Rodgers publicly stating that he wants to keep Tommy and have him sign a new contract.

they have been saying that since they froze him out last year.

im not convinced.

Dont think he will be going to Fiorentina. Havent any news about him linking with them. Currently focused on other targets.

I think Rogic could really blossom with a season under Rodgers, which could mean the difference between walking into the starting XI of a bigger club or just warming the pine in a years time.

Also, given how much effort Celtic put into Tom's rehab, and the amount of patience and money they invested in him, I sort of feel like the best thing would be for him to stay at Celtic, playing every week (and playing well), and them doing well in Europe.

they signed a contract. it wasnt really doing him any favours - im not saying it was a bad thing for him to stick around. celtic didnt really have any choice.

So there's 2 slightly different versions of the same ad going around, with a few different players used between the 2 versions. Why all the conspiracy theories?

I don't think the promo material means anything. A majority of fans wants Scott Brown no where near the squad anymore and there he is standing out like a sore thumb.
