I'm confident we covered this but just to confirm - our week 1 captains will continue to be our captains every single week unless specifically stated otherwise in this thread yeah?
So for my eg: Rooney will forever be my captain if I don't mention anyone replacing him? I don't have to nominate him each week, do I?
I'm confident that's right, just wanted to confirm.

+x#TeamAguero would like to thank Team Icy for the opening day fixture. The game was played in the best spirits, and the scoreboard did not do the closeness of the match justice. Icy will be a real threat to teams in the very near future, and we wish him the best of luck. On our side, we could not be more proud and impressed with each and every individual in #TeamAguero. If you were to ask us before the season what result we'd be hoping for on opening day, playing away from home, we would have been over the moon with a draw at most. To put together a quality display and earn the three points was more than we expected. There were many external fears that we wouldn't gel together in time but we pulled it together and came out of the starting blocks firing. We believe we have sent a clear message to the rest of the league that although you gave us the underdog tag, you should fear us! Underdogs FC sees your pitiful attempt at redemption, but we shall stand tall as we are the true underdogs of this competition. #COYU

#TeamAguero would like to dispel rumours of interested external parties interested in acquiring the services of one of our players.
El Capo Rooney is not and will not be considered available for trade or sale*. He is the heart and soul of this squad and has full belief in our vision and plan.

+xAbsolute masterstroke Milan to put Martial captain Well obviously it is always a great feeling for the manager when you make a decision that is successful you know but at the end of the day it is down to the player to succeed and Anthony showed real class and determination to show up big for the club in a huge match against one of our rivals. People wrote us off before the match but we are just going to keep our heads down and take it one game at a time you know and at the end of the season we will assess our performances again. I thought it was magnificent how our team rallied after other certain teams tried to steal our underdog tag. When you are a club such as us there will always be imitations but we know that at the end of the day there is only club fit to hold this tag.

#TeamOzil(Nolito) take a point in the opening fixture. Disappointing recruitment with our only star signing out meaning a point was really as good as we could hope for. #TeamOzil(Nolito) be changing their captain for next fixture though. #TeamOzil will always be loyal to Ozil as our captain but a disappointing opening fixture from vice-captain Nolito has seen him relegated and miss out. All hail #TeamOzil(Musa) for this round at least as Musa takes over the temporary captaincy. Also lets hope Cuadrado bumps Willian out the starting lineup

Sounds like I got played by Conte talking up Cuadrado. If he completes a move in the next few days how does it work for me? Do I get to pick a replacement now for the same price? Do I just lose out? Or does that go back into the pile so I'll be able to use it in the second draft (and how is that actually working?)

There were worries that the fantasy transfer speculation would have phased El Capo Rooney and put him off his game but he has answered the critics with a sublime assist to give #TeamAguero the edge in a tight affair so far. Management cbf working out if 1-0 is the final score or not but eagerly anticipate the confirmed results streaming in.
