We'll start tomorrow 9pm.
OP Has a list of each team and how much money you have left.
Runs exactly the same as first round. Everyone only needs one player (bar plebs Icy and Juzz who need none)
You can nominate any player.
IF YOU LOST A PLAYER (as in got transferred out)
You get that money back. It goes into your budget.
EG. I have 1mil in bank. I have Hart who I paid 5mil for. He leaves PL. I have 6mil
I can then use that however I want for two players. 3mil and 3mil, 4 and 2, 5 and 1, whatever.
Make sense?
Sweet, so real example I bought Hart for 6m and he has been transferred out. So I have that 6m plus my already leftover 3.5m, so I now have 9.5m leftover. Do I have to buy 2 players in this second round? Or can I use the 9.5m on one player?

I quoted Milan above because I am fairly sure the rules were going to be that we pick players from the person with the most money left over to the least money left over. So not a real auction, but a draft of sorts.
Players who were sold could be replaced by another player for nominally the same amount and I would suggest that happens before the second round draft.
This way is simple and does not involve a completely new set of rules.

This way is simple and does not involve a completely new set of rules. It runs how Imno posted it, which is almost exactly the same except as what you posted expect we're not waiting on people to go on descending order. This allows for more flexibility for those who lost players to spend their money as they would in an ordinary draft.

The only time we actually use a draft order is when we pick up another player in/after January. For that we go by reverse table position.
Ie: 20th place gets 1st pick and so on.
