What upsets me is the fact that Women's Breast Cancer seem to be the darling of the public. So much outcry over breast cancer and not a great deal about prostate cancer.
yet, prostate cancer is a huge killer, and men are least likely to get checked out which is a big concern because if the disease is detected early, then something can be done about it.
get checked out guys especially if you're 50 and over.

+xCancer is an awful disease no matter which form it takes. male Prostate Cancer is a huge killer and blokes don't get themselves checked out as often as women do. there needs to be a bigger focus on that in order to address that issue. I genuinely feel very sorry for the Wilson family as I would for any other family that has gone through this. These things have a devastating impact on families and friends, so my thoughts go out to them. it isn't very nice being insensitive to their suffering. A League is just a sport. We must never elevate it or any other sport for that matter, above our own dignity, morals and values and last time i checked, it isn't ok to be welcoming misfortune upon other individuals of this kind. Some people may argue that she did this or that, slander people in the news. well that may be true, but this does not give anyone of us the right or justification to being ungracious to the family in the shadow of death. Really sad to see so many people making jokes in the wake of her death, like I know she was absolute disgrace but she is still someone's mother. I actually had someone the exact same age pass in my family over the past fortnight so maybe that is why I feel more compassion towards her. Despite this, I hate going on Twitter and seeing thousands of people saying shit like, 'she was brave, a great person and said things other people didn't want to say'. Fuck off. Just because she is dead doesn't change the fact that when alive she was a complete twat.
However that doesn't mean I am celebrating her death or anything because like I said before it is still somebodies mother.

Definitely not saying it is on the same par at all but her passing is like when a murderer or rapists passes away before paying their dues. As i said before i don't wish she was dead but i definitely don't think that just because someone dies that means they can't be criticised.
Currently in a similar dilemma where a really good friend and former employer treated me so poorly when i was ill and struggling and I'm told that he has been battling an illness recently, i can't help but think that karmas come to bite him in the arse. I don't wish it upon him but i do kind of wish that someone would now treat him and his family the same way he did to me.
Karma is a bitch.

Mostly how businesses, governments and charities donate excessive amounts to breast cancer when there are cancers and diseases which take far more lives yet get next to no funding. Can't upset some touchy women on the internet though or we will be judged as perverts and misogynists. Can't find the stats for Australia as it was balls deep in a research paper from 2009 but here is a chart for the US.
