You've lost the plot.  First you post a highly edited, out of context Michael Moore video purporting to be something it isn't and now you're saying Trump had an assassination attempt against him today.

Are you getting all of your information from Fox news or just some?

I enjoy trolling the left.

FBI just said "Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Sec Clinton"

NBC's Pete Williams reports that nearly all of the e-mails found on the Weiner laptop were duplicates of e-mails FBI already reviewed

so nothing new in emails

"...the Times writes that Trump is privately expressing worry about his chances of defeating Hillary Clinton, and always asks for his aides to be talking to him into the night so that he is not “alone with his thoughts."

"But offline, Mr. Trump still privately muses about all of the ways he will punish his enemies after Election Day, including a threat to fund a “super PAC” with vengeance as its core mission."

"As the advisers begged him to reconsider — it would make him seem small, they warned, and undermine a pivotal speech — Mr. Trump was adamant. There had to be a severe penalty for those who dared to attack him, he said. He could not just sit back and let these women “come at me,” he told one of them."

Does the Left/Right divide matter nearly as much as the Authoritarian/Libertarian divide?

The Left/Right dichotomy is an illusion created and propagated by the globalist elite in an effort to keep society divided, thus ensuring competition and unrest distracting them from the current at the top

I thought we've mostly stayed out of the south china sea shit. I agree we should have a more independent foreign policy, although I have no problems with us lending the U.S. aid in afghanistan. We have built up relations as of late with Japan.

If Hillary is going to get more aggressive with Assad and Russia in regards to Syria then we should stay the heck away from that. Although I support the bombing of IS and protecting vunerable minority areas in Iraq and Syria, like when we helped the Yezidis stuck on mount Sinjar.

Australia could take a more of a  stance on West Papua too.

Putin and Assad are bombing civilians and moderate rebels in east Aleppo and have used incenduary bombs, barrel bombs and Chemical Weapons.

These are War Crimes.

If Australia and others do not stand united against crimes against humanity, then that says a lot about us and the world.

These crimes in Aleppo are the same as the DAESH attacks against Yazidi and Assyrian civilians.

In what sense is Clinton itching for war with Russia and China? If you are inclined to the view that acquiescing in the leveling of Syria is fine as a matter of policy, then please do say so. 400,000 are dead, 10 million or so displaced; the vast majority due to the actions of the Assad clique. Does this not disturb you?

Most people have no clue what they are talking about.

They think we are being dragged into a war. That isn't the case. The entire world is witnessing a human calamity of unseen proportions since WW2.

If they witnessed the brutality first hand, they would be the first to then ask why the Australian Government isn't doing more.

There is very little point in having a discussion with you over this as we are no doubt so far opposed in our views over the actions of Assad, the Russians, the Americans and other forces that our fundamental differences of opinion will hamper any possible discussion. That being said, Russian involvement in Syria can only be a good thing. I struggle to see how fighting Assad/Russia and IS with the assistance of Al Qaeda aligned rebel forces is a good idea. Part of me wishes that we learn from our mistakes of fighting with rebel forces against a sovereign nation, e.g. Afghanistan and Lybia, now with the added bonus of Syria/Iraq.

You believe America backing out of a ground war in Syria will kill 400,000 and displace 10 million, I believe that engaging, I believe America attempting to enforce a No Fly Zone and the subsequent ground war Russia will engage in to protect its interests will result in more dead and displaced in the short term, and the long term destabilisation such a war will have will be even worse than allowing Assad to regain control.

Really? i suggest you study these links carefully and then tell us if you think Russia's involvement is still a good thing.

mcjules,

it's the left which have created non establishment POTUS candidates like trump, and its not like Clinton is any good, just the lesser of 2 evils.

All this nonsense about PC, and other things, making everyone walk on egg shells has got to stop otherwise the Tea parties are going to get stronger or people are going to vote for candidates who basically tell the electorate exactly what most people are thinking.

Agree with this.  Can't stand Trump either but the whingey, whiny, SJW lefties, thought police, nanny staters shit me to tears. (And I'm a socialist.)

Can fully understand why people vote for Trump. (Or Pauline for that matter.)
