I don't understand movies these days. Did they just run out of ideas or just lazy.  Why are there 10 different versions of spiderman? I certainly don't understand this comic bullshit but couldn't cop lord of the rings or especially harry potter. Having said that i may one day watch lord of the Rings. 

I'm not movie buff id much rather watch a doco, i always thought it was about the art form but it seems it's just about cgi big bangs ands loud noises.

If anybody is into international films, can I suggest a Korean movie called The Handmaiden. My wife dragged me to it on Sunday night and I was not disappointed.

I agree it's way overrated in the context of a list like this and I get your point about it contributing the least to the trilogy, but what makes this the best for me is that if you ignore the fact that the protagonist and antagonist are costumed heroes/villains and just take it on the value of the story and the performances, it stands alongside almost any great crime movie bar the absolute standouts like The Godfather, Goodfellas etc imo.

Agree 100% in regards to In Bruges though.

I feel like I'm the only person in the world who liked Batman Begins & The Dark Knight Rises more than The Dark Knight. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE The Dark Knight, I just liked the other two more. The Dark Knight was great, but IMO offered not as much as the other two in terms of actually contributing to the plotline of the trilogy itself.

IMO In Bruges needs to be higher & V for Vendetta needs to be on that list.
