+x+xPppt even the video shows that his mate on his right is pulling him back as much as the Golden Greek is pushing him. Here's the same action from another angle: i would be infinitely more concerned about zidane approaching me in anger than that bald little hobbit chef. typical victory supporter. big mouth. no self control. +x+x+xMedia looking for any excuse to say the word "assault" to besmirch the game, supposed football fans here doing News Corp's bidding. If that's assault then 99% of Australia is in jail (1) A person who strikes, touches, or moves, or otherwise applies force of any kind to, the person of another, either directly or indirectly, without the other person's consent, or with the other person's consent if the consent is obtained by fraud, or who by any bodily act or gesture attempts or threatens to apply force of any kind to the person of another without the other person's consent, under such circumstances that the person making the attempt or threat has actually or apparently a present ability to effect the person's purpose, is said to assault that other person, and the act is called an assault. judicial review chief I Just don't get it. I mean people complain about "assault" yet the same kind of people want to defend the right to say whatever they want. It silly, you shouldn't be allowed insult people whether they are celebrities or not. I have no tolerance for that TBH. if someone says something stupid they deserve a good smack in the face.

The footage isn't a good look for him, he had no business approaching and then laying a finger on the fan.

Why isn't more of a fuss made about Graham Arnold man-handling two Victory players during the game? Much more topical IMO.

He jumped the fence, out ran a couple of security guards, knocked another one down and managed to put on a disguise to avoid detection so he could cross the pitch and push a poor innocent fan.

@pv4
Arnold should have been sent to the stands.
He actually invaded the pitch and pushed a player. Imagine him doing that in any other league in the world or lol as NT. Disgraceful. I think Muscat did really well not to leave his area and confront Arnold and showed good professionalism.
Hasn't there been a previous incident post match v MV when Arnold pushed Berisha also or intervened in s scuffle?
Commentators didn't even mention it really.

I don't get it. so you think its ok to say whatever you want to someone without consequences? I find it appalling. like you go to a soccer match and you hear people saying the most filthy things about people not giving a damn. and you know why? because they don't have consequences. how about going to jail for talking Sh##T. Its quite a no brainer really, you wouldn't get hit if you don't provoke people.

In life you have to deal with many types of idiots, but violence is never the answer and to stoop to that level is quite stupid. It may seem right at the time, sure this guy deserves a crack in the head but it could lead to the persons death, not necessarily from the punch or push but from the fall. Commons sense in the end, ignore them and forget about pride and be the bigger man.

+xWill Fourfourtwo ever crack down on shit threads ? WSF, I agree with you well said. Roar_brisbane. dude. how do you know he hasn't paid staff properly or if he was aware what he was doing is wrong?? I also manage a business with Staff, and to be honest, a lot of the time the owners employ experts in HR and Accounts to ensure their obligations are met. now with fairwork Australia/ATOs many requirements and confusing regulations (if you call them they don't even know what applies) then it can be quite easy to underpay/overpay staff. in the end of the Day the guy is a chef, not aa HR professional. for all we know is he trusted someone managing his payroll to do the right thing. It just not right to label someone something without knowing the full backstory. in saying that I'm not really a fan of his.

So he chose to employ cheap HR Staff,and saved more money choosing not to get them audited, well that's all OK then. Want to take the profit ? take the responsibility that comes with it. The law's there to protect the low-paid workers from schisters who just get away with it for as long as possible. Clive Palmers pulling out all the excuses to dodge his responsibilities. Reckon he can plead ignorance as well ?

It just not right to label someone something without knowing the full backstory. in saying that I'm not really a fan of his. Toldyasotimmy Dude. what I am saying is that you can pay for good HR staff and still get a dud. we had the same issue at our firm. got an youbeaut HR consultant who charged us an arm and a leg to set up our obligation requirements, eventually it was discovered that that "expert' made some errors that cost the business $$$$$. So for me, as I am not a HR expert I can only go with what I'm being told from the consultants that the company pays for, and if they make a mistake, oh well the business wears the brunt of it. I mean consultancy agreements have all sorts of clauses etc, that let them walk away leaving all the responsibility to the directors. now as I said before I don't really like the guy, but I can see if there were errors made that he may have (or may have not) known he was underpaying his staff. I mean there are so many changes/requirements in a agreement that can lead you into trouble. I know we struggle with it on a daily basis. its pretty hard to maintain actually. anyways, I'm ranting on about something totally irrelevant "shakes fist at his consultants' GRRRRRR!
