Should Carrick be targeted to come to the HAL under the Tim Cahill rule? Is he affordable? 

I think being at Man Utd for that long he would surely have the profile and doesnt strike me as the type of player the USA or China would target

He was linked to Perth Glory last season but Lowe said he was asking for too much money. Good shout though, would love to see him in AUS.
