+xNo real suprise packets from Victoria this year, those 4 will be tough for any other NPL clubs to get past.
NSW should see Blacktown being too strong for Bulli. Likewise APIA should get past Southern Districts to qualify and be on the national stage for the first time since the 90's. Rockdale/Hakoah could go either way with Rockdales poor league form but I'm hoping they get through. Olympic/ Bankstown Berries (Canterbury Marrickville) could be a good match up from these old rivals although I'd guess the rivallry woud be dead, Would love to see a a Bankstown Berries get through although Olympic are a strong outfit. Kemblawarra/Hills Brumbies will be another decent game, I'd love to see another Wollongong based club make the 32 and they could do it with their highly paid squad. I feel Hills would be a dull addition to the cup proper with no adequate home ground and no fans.
A lot of clubs dont have fans under NPL level but I love seeing them coming out and supporting their teams. Even if they have no fans its a bit of banter.

Of course, not that Sutherland can really talk either, however Hills for me is one of those bland teams that play on Blacktown Citys home ground due to their field being a cricket ground. Kemblawarra on the other hand would provide a "regional" representation and could play home games at a few of the great grounds down in Wollongong if drawn at home, also they have a few ex A-League players which would be good to see run around again.

Are they involved in the day to day running and finances? Or do they just set it up and then let the players/parents take over?

APIA equalises in the last play of the day to add extra time, off what was in my opinion a long over due red and spot kick.
APIA has been a class above in every aspect and Raiders have merely played hoof ball and scragging which eventually cost them.
