The tour sounds like quite a decent marketing project but saying you are preparing for a league opposition ie the quality of Sydney Fc, victory and the Wanderers squads and decide to play teams capable of 16-0 and 7-0 scorelines. it's a good little training camp at best.

Will be playing the Nix's in a few weeks time. I doubt they will score against us.

I have never understood why the Jerks would ever play a preseason game against the Nix after Manny Muscat's absolute dog shot on Tiago Calvano at Weston many years back. Disgraceful cowardly act by Muscat and I will never forget the subhuman that he is. 

So they shouldn't play pre-season games against City then.

What I want to know is why the Phoenix aren't playing any pre-season games at all. We had one game against Western Suburbs and then the FFA cup against WSW and nothing scheduled until we play the jets next month.
