Facebook arguments have been going on for a while about this matter ... lots of half-truths and none information spreading. Some blaming Football West for not helping Joondalup understand their requirements to compete in the NPL, others blaming Joondalup for not ensuring they knew their legal conditions for participation, and others blaming Subiaco for being "pricks" about the matter.

Similar issue happened with Mandurah a few seasons back ... think FootballWest might have to look at this more closely and ensure clear guidelines are provided to all NPL2 teams so that they know before the start of the season their criteria to play NPL next season (if they win).

I love stadium requirements. It encourages clubs to improve themselves and their facilities. Nothing wrong with that especially when entering NPL level.

Agree, sounds like FootballWest incorrectly told Joondalup that they had met the requirements ... so therein appears to be the issue.
