Wake up at 6
Train at 6:57
Get to city at 8:10
Class from 9 - 12
Class from 1 - 4
Prac from 5 - 8
Train at 8:30
Get home at about 10.

Heh, I've been living on the Gold Coast for so long now I forgot that first impression!

Worst: Im in the same boat as you Nico. Im also at an "Aussie" team(not racist) so there was barely any ball work last night, but a shit load of circuit and interval training. Felt more like a RL training session.

Best: My team shares the same training time slot and field as the girls team. Fucking lookers in that team...and their not shy on the lycra.

Worst: I was struggling to look fit everytime they ran past us. #-o :oops:
