JLM has replaced Jewy on top but I feel the efficiency that he is getting points from goals is not going to last. While Jewy's long term chances in the game might be scuttled if Coutinho leaves the EPL his team has managed to score far more heavily and could return to the top soon.

Yep definitely hard done. Milan's team isn't scoring but even if it did he'd be finding it tough. 

The 3 bye teams in the relegation zone really are the whipping boys of the comp. Scoring little and everyone's scoring on them heavily :laugh:

Lets hope Courtois does that. In a FFT first, one that outdoes the No Ramsays announcement, Courtois will be our captain next game unless someone becomes fit again.

Think Jewy's idea is better personally, doubt anyone would risk it just for penalties. 

They were never meant to be that competitive IMO. Just better to have everyone playing someone every week rather than nothing.

Yeah agreed, in my head the idea for the bye teams is to equal out competition numbers and to be easy beats, BUT with a chance to beat anyone so we can get the funny moments when they defeat human controlled teams.

I feel like keepers getting a goal for a clean sheet is an "easy" enough point as is. I do not agree that a captained keeper should get 2 points for a clean sheet.

However, I genuinely like a keeper saving a penalty, as captain, earning a point. 

I feel clean sheets are as much a team responsibility as an individuals, so 1 for a CS is balanced enough, hence the penalty idea. 

Yeah I think keepers would be a bit OP if they got 2 for a clean sheet.

Clean sheets aren't that common, im sure during a season the best defensive side wouldn't even keep a clean sheet every 2nd match

In fact courtois had the most clean sheets last season with 16 out of 38.

Goalkeepers are vastly underpowered at the moment compared to outfield players so I personally think they need a boost for future seasons.

Per million I don't think that would stack up, I think they'd prove to be underpriced. 

De Gea could smash that 16 clean sheets of Courtois last season, already has 6 clean sheets from 7 rounds.

@Jlm I'm not sure you can really use that as a strong reason when players like Eriksen sold for 2.5m.Also Gruen I'm sure you'll find this is one of the best starts in terms of clean sheets for a goalkeeper in premier league history.
