Awesome career move =d> It sets him up for failure...Let him attempt coaching and fail dismally. All coaches are opinionated etc. but Craig Foster, in his ultimate wisdom and his unwillingness to consider other types of football would dig his own grave in management, lose all integrity and take a football club down with him.

We insist in some States on playing eight and ten year olds on a full pitch, with some lucky to ever touch the ball, let alone actually develop skill! Juniors play for points, encouraging coaches to sacrifice learning for results. Skilful players are routinely discouraged to keep the ball and take risks by beating players and we are encouraged endemically to pass and run rather than take on a player. We are taught to value the passion in effort, rather than the artistry in skill, a long ball and powerful shot over brilliant individual skill or an insightful pass. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Where do you get this stuff from. Please introduce me to this coach so he can be slapped. Have you ever dealth with U/8 - U 12 Div 1/Rep players? Having dealt with them hands on I can tell you that if you tell them to play a long ball or take a long shot they won't listen. You have to teach them individual work and to use as many tricks as possible but you have to balance it with TEAMWORK. Without teamwork especially good passing you can't win a game. The players will tire too much. Your oppositions can sit back and wait for the last 15 minutes to take advantage of your players who have been running individually all game if you tell them to do what you said in this post. I await your reply. well...that certainly was a good laugh... where does CF get his ideas from??!! I think most of them come while he is on pot/ecies/LSD and any other hallucenant.

I actually saw the dude with the mono-brow at an event yesterday, should've asked for an autograph :)
When is that second season supposed to be starting up anyways? I saw ads for that ages ago I'm sure, but haven't heard anything about it in a while.

You would no doubt be refering to Andrew " Italian football could be run by Usama Bin Laden & Charles Manson, played in a gutter amidst pimps & whores But would still be far better than any of the British tripe" Orsatti. P.s Foster can talk sense.

Foster is a tv pundit, and a poor one at that. In a true footballing country they wouldn't let him drive the team coach, let alone coach a real team. Australia lost 7-0 to Croatia in 1997, and without Foster playing I reckon it may only have been five or six nil.

So was Ferenc Puskas wrong when he said: “The ball should be moved early, preferably on first contact. To run with it is often only to waste valuable attacking time”...?
