Worst: This is a cheap laugh for you all, I thought I'd share my experience on the train on the way home from work with you all.
So I'm sitting there, and there's this hot chick on the train which is a big deal because there aren't usually a lot of good looking birds walking around at 5am on a friday catching the train. But the poor girl is absolutely freezing her tits off. I'm on the phone talking to a mate from work and I make a bet with him that she won't take my jumper, it's only a cheap jumper so I go over there,
"You look absolutely freezing"
"I am."
"Would you like my jumper?"
"yes please?"
My mate's still on the phone, "I owe you $50" and hang up.
So now I've started talking to this girl and we're talking for about 20 minutes and she decides she should give me something for the jumper, I tell her there's no need and we keep talking for a bit then I decide to be clever...
"So, do you give your phone number to strangers who give you their jumper on trains?"
"I would, but I don't think my boyfriend would like it"

Fucksticks. So I lost $50, my jumper and missed out on the girl. I am so fucking cool #-o :cool:

LOL was actually an impulse buy. I had a JB gift card that I found at the bottom of my wallet. It's a TDK-STPR400 and only cost $60. THey're 'DJ' headphones - electronic music (urban, dance etc) sounds great but rock music sounds shite - and I spent 2 fucking hours last night fuckin around with the PC/winamp settings and still can't get rock music to sound decent (sounds washed out).

Are there any headphones that allow you, and only you to hear the music youre listening too? Even if its super loud?

Good Quality over ear headphones will do that. Even the lower ones can generally block out most sound from getting in and out.

EDIT: And that's the proper over ear headphones, not the shitty ones that clip on to your ear.

Big headphones look stupid. I dont want people, teachers, to know im listening to music. Bit hard with big headphones.

Cant have it all mk. The next best option is some quality inner-ear earbuds, but not too loud.

The only other option I can think of are the in ear headphones. Not the buds like you get normally, but the ones that actually go in your ear:

They cut down the noise escaping fairly well. And they're small, so can be well hidden, assuming that's what you need them for:p

Basically the reason rock sounds shit is that those headphones are designed to produce pretty muc NO trebble music and focus almost exclusively on high frequency and bass sounds. They're a decent headphone for cheap on hear headpones. If you want more "rock" headphones, sennheiser is the way to go, TDK make good hiphop/dance headphones. Basically, if you want a more neutral sound boost the fuck out of everything from about 1kHz-6kHz on your computer/amp's EQ and cut all below 100Hz and above about 6Hz and that should sound a fair bit better.
Regarding in-ear headphones. They're ok, but you have to be really careful with bud earphones because the pressure placed on your ear at higher volumes can do a significant ammount of damage. I know I don't use them anymore for that exact reason, they've done damage to my ears.

Best: Played my first ever game of Golf at Northbridge Golf club with a mate - all 18 holes. - handicap of 50, didn't do to bad considering i had never played golf before in my life - 6 over par.
Worst: I hit 3 balls from the tee-off into the pond on the 16th hole - ahh well, they wern't my balls, and my mate couldnt care cause they were crappy old ones his dad bought.

Best: Nothing worth noting
Worst: There is a party in my head and I'm not invited
Worst: Paintball bruises.

Best: Worked out for the first time in a fortnight.
Worst: I maxed out my arms and I keep dropping stuff. Ipod, Laptop, cup. I dropped my ipod from like shoulder height onto the hard floor. Shet!
