+xpredictably Jordon Palestine 0-0 at half time If Syria go ahead, watch as Palestine score .. Jordan will roll over for sure. No margin for error here I think the same as you. If Syria score again and take the lead, Palestine will roll Jordan and the Aussies will be Gonskis!

+x+x+xDon't like Luongo or Milligan, both can't pass straight. Rogic is getting sick of running towards the ball. That ENTIRE left side in attack is a pathetic joke, this is tipified by Behich not even bothering overlapping al game. Behich sub at half time would be alright maybe 65' if he can't lift his game. Behich overlaps at the wrong time or ends up offside isolating Ikon. He's got to lift. Yeah Ikon does like to take it wide down that side. But ffs, Ikon has been reay to play him the ball at least once and he's just not even there. Might be a lack of communication, might need more time to gel. But I could see how the LB could get a bit confused by which way he's going. It's honestly such a basic thing though. The winger gets pushed to the line, the FB overlaps to take a way a defender or provide a passing option if the winger has isolated one defender. I don't know how he's not getting it.

+xBozza saying they will tire but they made 4 changes this game. I suspect we’ll be fatigued first. Australia play more possession style which generally tires defence more, and fitness usually one of Aussies strength

Where is ROGIC during all this ? are we left dependent now or someshit. More ball to Rogic usually translates to a lot better attack Ange couldn't do this well. I thought Arnold could work it out ? Nup, both can't seem to play to his strengths it seems.

A draw could be enough for Syria but they'll need to wait a few days. They'll go for the win.

Luongo or Milligan. Watch them when Rogic is open in a straight line. See if they ignore him. Simply not confident in their passing ability.

+x+xIf we are as good as we think we are, Australia should have had this game buried by now with a minimum of a 2 goal lead. But we are not that good at all. Most big European sides need a lot of time to break down the smaller uefa opponents such as Luxembourg or Azerbaijan. More than normal how things have unfolded. Would never lump Azerbaijan in the Luxembourg category lol. They beat Norway and drew with the Czechs in 2018 qualifying. Europa and UCL experience in that squad. Generally competitive for the full 90.

It's a pervasive mindset throughout Australian football. Makes u wonder if its club related, I mean stems from their team mates perhaps not trusting them more with the ball. Luongo I just can't figure out. Must have a small dick syndrome when it comes to Rogic.

We always have since we joined the AFC.

Would love to see Rogic actually attack an aerial ball rather than let it bounce and hope a team mate goes for it only for it to be nabbed by the opposition.

Got to keep that passing accuracy and completed passing tally high. Pass back and sideways and it looks nice on paper
