Here are the rumours I have heard from a source, close to Victory.
Victory have apparently already signed a big name marquee for next season.
They are trying to keep Honda for another season.
Troisi will either leave or stay in the team under the cap.

might be just the ticket to kick start the a-league under the new independent model , and with Western United also starting, all we need is active support back and its game on.. anyway, that's wishful thinking, and Zlatan, good if true, hard to believe.
