Are A-league players included in that points system NPL have?

Yeah but from my limited knowledge they aren’t as expensive as some players due to being a drawcard for the league.

As far as I know there is no "drawcard" discount in the PPS. There's only the homegrown discount so Brosque signing for Marconi or Lokolingoy signing for Sutho means they count for 0 points.

The PPS isn't exactly public though so I'm sure there's some discrepancies 

There's a category of Australian marquee, which is an Aussie dropping from the a league or returning from overseas. They don't attract a switching penalty of 5 points, but u can only have 1 per club.

We’ve signed Lokolingoy last night, possibly another 1-2 in discussions.
Lokolingoy should be a decent signing, never good enough for A-League but has been decent at NPL

yes good win by you guys,  but if you watched the game you would have seen wolves had ten times more shots on goal and were clearly the better side. Hit the post once and the crossbar just couldn't score, was a great game to watch though

Ivanovic did alright probably Sydney’s best player, Lokolingoy looks really dangerous at times. We have lost Quivi folwer who is trialing in Montpellier I believe.

Likewise, you guys are playing well and while our results haven’t been great we will definitely make it hard for you. Poljaks has only been back for 2 and a bit games but his experience shines through, he linked well with Lokolingoy last weekend.

Our reserve grade keeper who had stepped up for Bouzanis got injured on Saturday which leaves us only with our under 18’s keeper due to the 20’s reserve being injured apparently. Rumour is we will be signing one this week and could see a return of the retired Nathan Denham.

Ex HAL players must be able to be signed as Lokolingoy played, but the transfer window opens next week. Not sure how it works but maybe because they become free agents?

Players whose last club was an A League side can sign before the window opens, hence Lokolingoy to Sutherland and John Roberts to Mt Druitt outside the window.
