+x+x+xTroisi to Roar is a real possibility. He really wants to go to Brisbane. Really? Have you heard some chatter? Yeah, wants out of victory (or is “wanted out”) and is being offerred to Roar (and no doubt others). Cool. Thanks for the insight

newcastle have firmed as betting favourites to pick up aaron mooy https://oddschanger.com/football-news/aaron-mooy-transfer-odds-newcastlei would be avoiding that if i was him. the ownership is about to change and they wont commit to rafa even though it seems he put his hand up to continue. feels like a shit show atm. article says skybet have watford at favourites.

Little risky considering their new owners are multi billionaires and may buy players who would take his spot. But I think they wouldn’t buy him if they planned to bench him for someone better. I think it would be an amazing opportunity to play for one of the best managers in the world with potential jackpot transfers coming up. Newcastle’s future looks really bright, I think it would be a great move. Benitez would appreciate a player like Mooy

+xBenitez did alright with his last Aussie. Are you talking about Kewell? I got the feeling Benitez believed in Kewell and gave him plenty of game time but he was plagued by injuries and he didn't live up to expectations there

Zach Duncan has signed a 4 year deal with AGF: https://www.agf.dk/klubben/nyhedsarkiv/2019/juni/talentfuld-australier-til-agf/Translation below: Zach Duncan gets four years in AGF after a successful trial training earlier this year. Fredensvang comes again to echo a well-known GF name after AGF has picked up the 19-year-old Australian Zach Duncan. Zach Duncan comes to Aarhus from the Australian club Marconi Stallions, where he also entered his children's shoes. In the past season, however, he played for Brisbane Roar, where in the spring he got his debut in the best Australian league, A-League. Zach Duncan arrives at AGF after a trial training at Fredensvang earlier this year. Now he has signed an agreement that binds him to AGF for the next four years. At Fredensvang, sports director Peter Christiansen is enthusiastic about the signature of the talented young midfielder from down under. - We have picked up Zach with the future in mind. He is a skilled and dynamic player with a good technique. And then he is a humble player who wants to work for the team, says Peter Christiansen, who has great expectations for Duncan on the long run. - Now he must be allowed to get to know and the club well. Then we have great hopes that Zach will grow as a player in the coming years, adds Peter Christiansen. Zach Duncan - whose full name is Zachary Duncan - has just turned 19 on May 31. He came from Sydney and started his career at Marconi Stallions and Sydney Olympic in the second best Australian series before joining Brisbane Roar last year. Here he made his debut this spring in the Australian A-League, where he is listed for four games and a single goal. Now, his career continues in Denmark, where Zach Duncan becomes the second Australian player in AGF's squad, where he makes the countryman Mustafa Amini company.Zach Duncan, who gets number twenty on his back, joins the start-up training at Fredensvang during the week.

From that article: "O’Donovan also led the speed and fitness stats at the Jets - a handy accomplishment for player who turns 34 in August." From watching last season, this sounds way off to me. Anyone know what stats they might be referring to?

+xRyan McGowan to Sydney fc O’Donovan to Brisbane McGowan is a great signing for us. Calver proved me wrong last season but this is a significant upgrade on our centre half options

That’s my thoughts too, what happened with Zach Duncan signing for Marconi?
Good see him land a pro contract in Denmark though.

+xIn other news Fabio Ferreira is expected to sign for Adelaide City... Interesting, he was being chased pretty hard in NSW for decent money. Good pick up by them.

Vujica apparently wants out at Jets and is linked with Western United. Can’t blame him, Merrick clearly has something against him. Solid, young, natural leftbacks aren’t all that common. https://www.theherald.com.au/story/6224633/a-league-jets-sign-championship-winning-flyer-on-two-year-deal/?cs=7580

It appears Schwaab is still on the way out at PSV. I hope they have a real talk with Sainsbury and he gets the chance to impress in pre season and can get some starts.

Apparently Vujica is on the outer at Newcastle.
I’m not sure if it has been posted or not but apparently Tom Doyle is trialling at Newy. If he’s signed, then Vujica will surely leave.
Newy are also apparently in talks with a Central American striker.
