Leicester would be the best move for either Rogic or Mooy.  

West Ham fans can get stuffed, if they actually think they could sign Dani Ceballos or Kessie they are dreaming... Gomes signed a new deal at Everton I'm pretty sure so he's already off their wishlist. I'd be happier if he went to Leeds tbh even Sheffield. But Leicester seems the most likely, and my preference.

They aren't in the fifth tier. They seem to be in the Kreisliga which is the 8th tier and below.
