Well we get a score. That score determines what courses at uni youre able to take. Higher the score higher then course quality. Pretty much. Untellectuals will argue the 'higher = better' theorem.

I heard something where they're either looking at or going through with introducing that sort of thing, starting with two or three states/territories at a time. Still it's a way over-hyped concept. For the amount of talk it gets, you'd think your life depended on it. If it gets you the course you wanted it's all fine but it's still quite easy to transfer either between degrees either inside your uni or to another one if you miss what you want. As long as you get into a uni you don't need to stress. Oh but it is good for bragging rights if you 'beat' your mates.

My knuckles are still sore from punching the fuck out of the couch because my housemate started talking to me and I almost lost a league cup match against Scunthorpe after leading 4-0.
