A US judge in Seattle has issued a temporary nationwide block on President Donald Trump's ban on travellers from seven mainly Muslim nations. Federal Judge James Robart ruled against government lawyers' claims that US states did not have the standing to challenge Mr Trump's executive order. Last week's move by Mr Trump triggered mass protests and has resulted in confusion at US airports. The State Department says 60,000 visas have since been revoked. Mr Trump's executive order brought in a suspension of the US Refugee Admissions Programme for 120 days. There is also an indefinite ban on Syrian refugees. Anyone arriving from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen faces a 90-day visa suspension. The lawsuit against President Trump's ban was initially filed by Washington state, with Minnesota joining later. Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson has described the ban as illegal and unconstitutional, because it discriminates against people on the ground of their religion. +xThere is no chance Donald will become the Republican nominee, and it has nothing to do with Americans not being stupid. Republican primary voters are generally the hardcore grass roots party members - eg the religious right. Trump has no culturally conservative credentials, and he is not a loyal party member - he has stated he may run as an independent if he doesn't get the Republican nomination. This is why the opinion polls are biased - the people who like him are people who don't vote in primaries, eg people who like him because he doesn't talk like a politician, people who like that he makes the rest of the nominees look awkward etc, and because of name recognition. Donald may be popular in the polls, but he still only has 25-26%. That 75% that don't have him as their favourite largely hate his guts. He is a polarising character, which isn't what you want to win elections. It's fun going thru old posts at times. :)

If Trump loses he loses, however given corrupt Demoncrats attempts to steal the election with fraudulent votes it would be unwise to vacate the WH until all legal challenges have been exhausted. In fact H Clinton recommended to Biden not to concede defeat under any circumstances, why shouldn’t Trump be entitled to do the same?
Luckily we won’t have to worry about that since he is a shoo-in to win another 4 years, even since the Demoncrats have gone fully cuckoo with their abolish the police, pro riot agenda.

Might as well ban cops from carrying guns, since a stray bullet could easily kill anyone. Punish the clown who shot the police, that was the catalyst for his gf getting shot, he is to blame. Also police officer lost his job and has been charged with a proportional punishment, not the nazi white supremacist terrorist attack the left are baying for.
