+x+xJust trying to keep this thread somewhere near the front page. I've updated the OP with a few left field transfers and Silvera's move to Portugal. Love this thread so thanks for the work you and other posters do to keep this updated. Second that. Great thread!

Amini back to Aarhus! what a great family club they are, good to see some football clubs still care about the welfare of not only players, but their families too.

Can't recall who posted about Italian-Australian Alberto Del Grosso, this article suggests he's only at Calcio Lecco on loan and may still be in the plans at Cittadella. https://www.mondoprimavera.com/news/37074931206/ufficiale-lecco-raggio-capoferri-e-del-grosso-in-un-colpo-solo

+x+x+xNabbout and Atkinson to be announced by PGFC potentially as early as today. Atkinson as well. Very interesting Great signing IMO, very happy! really disappointed to be losing atkinson. imo jameson would have had a hard time getting his starting spot back. geez we lose some talent. here's the ex-melbourne starting lineup from just the semis and final - just needs a left wing - ive missed someone i bet - maybe if zullo wasnt injured.. redmayne franjic wilkinson malik peirias retre kilkkenny caceres brattan fornaroli

Official Alberto del Grosso to Calcio Lecco 1912 announcement. Doesn't mention it being a loan. They also have a friendly today http://www.calciolecco1912.com/ufficiale-del-grosso-nuovo-giocatore-calcio-lecco-1912/

+x+xBoth Kristian and Gabriel Popovic will be joining their father at Xanthi, according to Onsports. wow, how surprising. Wow indeed. Didn’t see that coming at all haha If they want to take the next step, and not be seen as beneficiaries of nepotism, it would be better for them to chart their own course. Unfortunately, things will only get harder for them.

Yep. this doesn't look good if they get chucked into the starting 11 from day one. I can't imagine Greek fans would take to a foreign coach playing his two sons very warmly. Unless they prove themselves with the reserve squads. Gabriel is the biggest concern for me, if he plays then 100% Popa is spoon feeding.

Jackson Irvine has apparently returned to the UK and has been spotted in Hull. Certainly tying up things there whole sorting a move. Nearly every Championship fan has been screaming for him to go to their club.
Links to Hibs have circulated while a little chat started with AFC Wimbledon. Actually annoyed he's not sorted it yet.

Full 2nd half for Leckie against Hamburg in a 2:0 loss. Odd as Hertha has their top 11 and a 4 man bench. Ibisevic has left and there are talks Piatek will jump ship. Köpke has gone to Nürnberg. Suddenly Hertha are panicking and I think them retain Leckie for squad purposes. They've got money now to really buy whoever they please so I hope Leckie still sorts a move away.

+x+xDs98 great work here, but have the Popa kids to Greece been confirmed yet? No. sorry, I took them off until they could be announced. Zeljko Kalac said the Popovic family are all coming to Greece, said he didn’t know if the kids would play at Xanthi.
I know it’s been reported but almost 100% Aiden O’Neill is signing for Melbourne City.

KPop has shown that he can play, and a move to Europe would be great for his development. I really rate him, so I'd be pleased to see him leave the toxicity of Perth behind him. If he and his brother had different surnames, there'd be less issues imo. Gabriel is nowhere near ready to be involved in first team football [at a pro level at least], so it'd probably be wiser for him to either go back to WSW, or possibly even sign for Melb. City and play for their NPL side.

Portsmouth are rumoured to be interested Souttar. Really a toss up between guaranteed minutes vs chance in the championship. I honestly think it will be better if he goes just looking at Stokes CB stock. He has 4 centre backs definitely above him (Indi, Batth, Chester, Shawcross), both their first choice fullbacks are 185cm and can play CB and even then he is not guaranteed to be the first cab off the rank, Wimmer and Lindsay both have higher level experience but are out of favour with the club. His best bet would be them playing a back 3 and some injuries but in a back 3 I feel they would move Tommy Smith to right CB and play someone else at wingback or just move back to a back 4. I am not a stoke fan though and he could be used a heap with squad rotation but I doubt it. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/football/portsmouth-fc/portsmouth-targeting-stoke-central-defender-harry-souttar-fratton-park-switch-2963437%3famp

As you say, Stoke are stacked with CBs.

Sutton, Tilio, O’Neill all going to City per Michael Lynch. Assembling a very, very talented young Australian squad.
