Outside of Mooy and Arzani how many players have gone with it at City? Not many whilst I cant recall and they have left some go as well.

As for City and its development end product, Mooy and Arzani are the only ones I can think of, however they are 2 of the biggest profile moves for quite some time overall.
The reality is that the prospect of using the CFG global pathway is still a strong factor that will appeal, and I can see them profiting from players like Metcalfe in coming years for instance, if they can keep them around. I’m sure they also have high hopes for Najjarine also, but as with anything, time will tell.

Is there any news on transfers for Jackson Irvine and Riley McGree ? Both very important for the Socceroos. Lots of teams supposedly after Irvine but still nothing concrete

Reports out of serbia is Dekenek is going to sign for KAA Gent in Belgium for 1.7million Euros. Going to wait until their Europa league play off game though so will be announced October 2. https://www.mozzartsport.com/fudbal/vesti/degenek-ide-u-belgiju-za-1700000-evra/366729

Wycombe and millwall were apparently interested

+x+xany word or sight of timotheou, is he still in belgium? Will join an a-league club. Talking to a couple clearly the belgium move hasn't worked. very surprising. He broke into the schalke first team and even made a senior appearance, would've thought he might've gotten game time in belgium

Brillante and Jurman going to a powerhouse of European football, Xanthi FC. Not going for less money. A country with less than half our population and for the last decade a basket case economically can afford to pay overs for our players. The only reason, imo, that Aus players are paid to much is they don't put the hours in at training. How many clubs have their players do an 8 hr day?

You guys know how optimistic I am about our players but I feel Hrustic has more talent than performance merit to have sealed this deal. He did well last season but it wasn't exactly anything on fire. Weren't there a few attitude issues after a missed penalty?
The jury is out and I just hope this isn't a disaster.

A move to a bigger league is always a risk, we’ll have to wait and see. At the very worst he can go back to Holland.
I think it’s fantastic to see a couple of positive upwards moves for once with this and Degenek. Hopefully a move for Mabil is next!

McGree and Izzo definitely deserve a go, Brook needs to establish himself here, otherwise he’ll be the next aussie to fall off the face of the earth.

Popovic has been able to make a bunch of signings so we can probably rule out another Turkey debacle.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.
