Special counsel’s ( Mueller) investigation “did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”

Attorney General William Barr, 2019.

The same Barr that released a false summary (initially) and falsely claimed the report exonerated that president?  That William Barr?

Yeah great series.  The Russian ones are awesome too.  Some of this stuff they get up to is amazing.  For all the James Bond stuff you hear about there's some rank amateurs running around getting caught and leaving a trail a blind man could follow.

Yeah have been listening since they first came out, incredible series.

The stuff with the poisoning attempts and how Putin came to power is insane.

Today's ep was just downright depressing.

It makes no difference anyway.  It's all lies.  The Russians hacked the DNC and ran a disinformation campaign and tried to influence the election in 2016.  They were also heavily involved in brexit.

There's more than enough evidence, independently verified, by multiple agencies and organisations, public and private, that confirm this is what happened.

Only someone with TDS would take the word of Russia over the collective investigations of these multiple agencies and organisations.

Enzo's best gambit here is a bloke who hasn't worked for the CIA since 1990 who has put out a theory not backed by everyone in his own group on a website that is far from credible.

This is what wilful ignorance looks like folks.

The there is nothing to worry about releasing the files un-redacted.  So why the delay?

Me thinks you doth protest too much.

Ok. I thought Trump was pushing Barr for this investigation material to be released but Barr said it won’t be ready before the Election Day. Or am I mixing things up?

No shock.  The CIA and FBI and the Justice Department expected Clinton to win thinking they would never be held to account.

So now they will delay it until after the election and depending on the election outcome it may never come out at all.

Attorney General Bill Barr has begun telling top Republicans that the Justice Department’s sweeping review into the origins of the Russia investigation will not be released before the election, a senior White House official and a congressional aide briefed on the conversations tell Axios.

Republicans had long hoped the report, led by U.S. Attorney John Durham, would be a bombshell containing revelations about what they allege were serious abuses by the Obama administration and intelligence community probing for connections between President Trump and Russia.

“This is the nightmare scenario. Essentially, the year and a half of arguably the number one issue for the Republican base is virtually meaningless if this doesn’t happen before the election,” a GOP congressional aide told Axios.

how can possibly find all these people guilty of Russian collusion in the 2016 election when:

former CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Obama on Hillary Clinton’s “plan” to tie the Trump campaign to Russia as a means of distracting the public from her private email server scandal

The investigation “identified numerous links between the Russian government and the Trump Campaign” and established that the Trump Campaign “showed interest in WikiLeaks's releases of documents and welcomed their potential to damage candidate Clinton”

  • In 2015 and 2016, Michael Cohen pursued a hotel/residence project in Moscow on behalf of Trump while he was campaigning for President.[5] Then-candidate Trump personally signed a letter of intent.
  • Senior members of the Trump campaign, including Paul Manafort, Donald Trump, Jr., and Jared Kushner took a June 9, 2016, meeting with Russian nationals at Trump Tower, New York, after outreach from an intermediary informed Trump, Jr., that the Russians had derogatory information on Clinton that was “part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump.”[6]
  • Beginning in June 2016, a Trump associate “forecast to senior [Trump] Campaign officials that WikiLeaks would release information damaging to candidate Clinton.”[7] A section of the Report that remains heavily redacted suggests that Roger Stone was this associate and that he had significant contacts with the campaign about Wikileaks.[8]
  • The Report described multiple occasions where Trump associates lied to investigators about Trump associate contacts with Russia. Trump associates George Papadopoulos, Rick Gates, Michael Flynn, and Michael Cohen all admitted that they made false statements to federal investigators or to Congress about their contacts. In addition, Roger Stone faces trial this fall for obstruction of justice, five counts of making false statements, and one count of witness tampering.
  • The Report contains no evidence that any Trump campaign official reported their contacts with Russia or WikiLeaks to U.S. law enforcement authorities during the campaign or presidential transition, despite public reports on Russian hacking starting in June 2016 and candidate Trump’s August 2016 intelligence briefing warning him that Russia was seeking to interfere in the election.
  • The Report raised questions about why Trump associates and then-candidate Trump repeatedly asserted Trump had no connections to Russia.[9]

This might help dispel the myth of the 'WITCH HUNT/HOAX' narrative.

Can you/will you read it though?  https://www.acslaw.org/projects/the-presidential-investigation-education-project/other-resources/key-findings-of-the-mueller-report/

Here's a taster.  [Only someone suffering from TDS (Enzo) could read that report or summary and think there's 'nothing to see here'.]

The Special Counsel investigation uncovered extensive criminal activity

The investigation produced 37 indictments; seven guilty pleas or convictions; and compelling evidence that the president obstructed justice on multiple occasions. Mueller also uncovered and referred 14 criminal matters to other components of the Department of Justice.

Trump associates repeatedly lied to investigators about their contacts with Russians, and President Trump refused to answer questions about his efforts to impede federal proceedings and influence the testimony of witnesses.

A statement signed by over 1,000 former federal prosecutors concluded that if any other American engaged in the same efforts to impede federal proceedings the way Trump did, they would likely be indicted for multiple charges of obstruction of justice.

Claim 1: Russia engaged in extensive attacks on the U.S. election system in 2016

Truth: unadulterated bullshit and a fabrication by Clinton to disrupt Trump's election campaign and steer attention away from her email server scandal.

Former CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Obama on Hillary Clinton’s “plan” to tie the Trump campaign to Russia as a means of distracting the public from her private email server scandal before the 2016 election, according to newly declassified documents.Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Tuesday declassified Brennan’s handwritten notes along with a CIA memo showing that officials referred the alleged scheme to the FBI for potential investigation.“Today, at the direction of President Trump, I declassified additional documents relevant to ongoing Congressional oversight and investigative activities,” Ratcliffe said in a statement.Brennan’s notes, which were taken after he briefed Obama on the intelligence, cite “a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service,” which was “alleged approved by Hillary Clinton.

“If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so,” Mueller declared.

https://apnews.com/article/94323cfc164c4759ba6bf84ad2a46203

If Mueller conducted a criminal trial and made that statement publically againys anybody else he would be first laughed at and then sued.

Your problem is you are blind partisan hack and you cannot see it. The debate topics were not fair and had an obvious bias that was favourable to the Democratic agenda against Trump. If the topics covered guns. Russia collision, violence, etc then you claim they were favourable to Republicans, at which point I‘d probably go “but they newtral man, they newtral ” and id be the blind partisan hack. But in this case it is you , not I.

It’s funny calling someone a partisan hack when we are commenting about a political process from another country. We’re just observers.

Pat already made the point before but an agenda is neutral by its very nature. Guns, Russia, violence in protests could have all been discussed. In fact, Harris tried to raise Russia during the debate herself but it didn’t land at all.

Hahahaha.  A better example of TDS you'll not find.  Hands over ears shouting nananananaa into the air so the facts don't get in the way of your sickness.

Also not sure how a summary of facts from the American Constitution Society is a biased source but here are some others.

In any event, I think Pence won the debate or at the very least, he didn’t lose.
