What actually happened - 3 white cops executing a search warrant for serious drug crimes were shot at by a black suspect, hitting one in the thigh, who returned fire accidentally killing a black woman. Either way they're not punished, I'd that was main Street of a town and they shot innocent people there'd still be reprocussions, currently there are none. -PB But it wasn’t the main street of town it was a private residence. Might as well ban cops from carrying guns, since a stray bullet could easily kill anyone. Punish the clown who shot the police, that was the catalyst for his gf getting shot, he is to blame. Also police officer lost his job and has been charged with a proportional punishment, not the nazi white supremacist terrorist attack the left are baying for. Yet they managed to miss the guy the were aiming at and hit the chick in bed? Didn't they charge in without making themselves known? -PB

Why is 2020 the year that police behaviour suddenly needs to change? The US police force is about 600k strong, there are always going to be a few bad apples that sneak through and do the wrong thing, but saying cops need to change is no different than saying black people need to change, except that the proportion of bad police to bad blacks is far lower. All changing the police will do is embolden criminals and lead to more cops getting shot/killed, lower recruits and unsafer communities.
Rather than changing the police the far better, easier and cheaper solution is to tell people to cooperate with police, and don’t resist arrest. Can you image if Lebron James and all the woke celebrities preached ‘Don’t Resist Arrest’ rather than ‘Black Lives Matter? What about a national advertising campaign? So easy, instant and cheap, and most of the problems would disappear overnight.
