Not sure if it’s Shakhtar Donetsk or Dynamo Kyiv, but he’s definitely trialling for a Kyiv based team atm (Shakhtar are based there atm due to war with Russia in Crimea). This is based solely on his activity on Instagram - posting at European times, and recently following and being followed by 5-10 Ukrainian footballers who appear to play for either the youth teams of Dynamo Kyiv or Shakhtar Donetsk. If it is indeed Dynamo he was probably scouted by them at the Guangzhou Youth Tournament in 2018 where he played against them and had a breakout tournament.

He’s from Sydney, so must be flying to Melbourne to sign with Victory, City or WU... 

My guess is Melbourne City, as they are shorter at CM and have the budget to sign a Socceroo at his prime age.

All the Melbourne teams are pretty stacked in midfield so my guess would be CCM, Perth or Adelaide.

That’s also possible, but why wouldn’t he choose to quarantine in Sydney if that’s where he’s from and all his family is?
