Western United FC have won three of their four A-League matches against Brisbane Roar FC (L1), including each of their last two meetings – they have kept a clean sheet in each of those three victories. Brisbane Roar FC have drawn their last four A-League games played at Moreton Daily Stadium, including two nil-all draws. Western United FC have won only two of their last nine A-League games played outside Victoria (D2, L5), with each of their last two such fixtures ending in a draw. Brisbane Roar FC are the only team yet to win or concede a penalty in the 2020/21 A-League season, while Western United FC have conceded two and won one. Melbourne Victory (11) are the only team to have made fewer shots per game this A-League season than Western United FC (12); although, Western United FC (+3) are one of only four teams to have outperformed their Expected Goals this campaign (Perth Glory, Adelaide United and Wellington Phoenix). Western United FC (6) have scored the joint-most goals within the opening 15 minutes of games this A-League season of any team (also Adelaide United), while Brisbane Roar FC (1) have conceded the joint-fewest goals in this period (also Melbourne City FC and Wellington Phoenix). Jay O’Shea (Brisbane Roar FC) has created 15 scoring chances for teammate Dylan Wenzel-Halls this A-League campaign, the second-most of any player for a teammate in the competition (16 – Noone for Maclaren). Yes, not expecting much of a crowd. Disappointing as Diamanti is worth seeing. Fun fact to the above, we have had the least defeats of the season to date. I am hopeful of a grinding 1 - 0 victory to keep the form guide in tact.

IF Dimanti can feed Berisha it will be a WU win, if not a possible BR win. WU 2-1.

Brisbane need to tie Diamanti up. He is the danger and one of best in league. If Brisbane can do that they will have a chance. WU will have seen how dangerous Champs can be and will have a plan for that. Brisbane will be feeling it towards end of game as Field is still wet and has been just 3 days off since Saturdays game in extremely wet conditions. Perias seems to be causing problems to do it'll be interesting how that matches up with Champs to likely be on same side of the pitch.

I can't work out why WU have 5 CB's starting when they have a few midfielders fit and not playing.

Another good save but if the pitch wasn't so shit, that goes in. The mud patch took all the pace off.

That was a really bad challenge and Berisha could be seriously injured.
It looked very intentional too, send the grub off.

Wow now a blatant dive by a Brisbane player.
I've got it on mute but assume Harper is going mental about diving yeah? Let me guess... Not this time??

Risky tackle but not red by laws of the game.
studs were not angled up on contact.
Still risky all the same.
On the other hand Berisha goes to ground to easy, always had and always will.

Nevertheless good referring getting the yellow out quick before he actually gets there to contain the situation.

Not true at all. "SERIOUS FOUL PLAYA tackle or challenge that endangers the safety of an opponent or uses excessive force or brutality must be sanctioned as serious foul play.Any player who lunges at an opponent in challenging for the ball from the front, from the side or from behind using one or both legs, with excessive force or endangers the safety of an opponent is guilty of serious foul play."

Said it on many occasions this season, Danzaki is Brisbane's best player. Underrated.
