1-0 loss for Xanthi which sets up an intense final matchday. Holland starting against Salzburg Juric starting against Hajduk
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Brandon O'Neill posted on social media that he's now back in Australia and making a big change professionally. It's been speculated since the end of last season that Buriram would be letting him go, and I'm taking that as confirmation tbh. He made next to no impact in Thailand, and he didn't look like the player that had gotten himself into Socceroos contention. The engine was gone, he constantly looked gassed, and there were a lot of sloppy fouls involved too. That being said, there were a couple of moments that made you go "hang on a minute" but they were few and far between.
Back to the A-League merry-go-round is my guess, where he ends up will be interesting to see.

That squad would be pretty close to the cap already wouldn't it, regardless of the loyalty exemptions, etc. that would be in place for certain players..? Be nice to see him go back to Perth and play under Garcia, becoming a leader there, but I can only see him going to a club that is guaranteed top-4 every season tbh.

Nothing wrong with that Generally good (above average) a league players should be able to cut it in Korea etc. Surprised it hasn't worked out in Thailand either. Would happily take him back at Sydney and given Corica's signings of late I'd say there is a solid chance of that happening.

Brad Smith started & scored another goal! He's making a case for first choice LB for Socceroos. He could probably play as a left winger as well, as that's how he's essentially being played at the Sounders

Wow that’s 3 goals in 6 games for Brad Smith, after not scoring any league goals in his professional career previously.
He’s loving LWB.

Since the injury report Arnold said Elder would still be included. Either way we've got good stock there.

Can't believe the Wanderer's didn't want Cristian Valpato? He scored again for Roma u18 - check it out on his Instagram - decent finish & he's scored better one's than that as well. Plays #10 & has skills - player to keep our eye on for sure

He was dropped for a bit but has come back in the last 2 weeks and single-handedly changed the fortunes of the team. Some of his goals and skills are ridiculous.

Jay Rich Baghuelou scored from the edge of the box and played a full game as Crystal Palace U23 progressed to the final of the PL2 Div.2. Palace fans very impressed and excited by his performance, calling for his promotion to the first team.

Plays #10 & has skills - player to keep our eye on for sure Both WSW and Sydney FC academies have let go talented players to other clubs here and overseas, its just part and parcel of football unfortunately. Only a very few make the grade to the first team, maybe the club could do better with judging it's best players but player ID is always a hard one to judge anyway as some develop better in different environments. Great for the kid, he has Piscopo like qualities too.

Marc Tokich, who was named in the Olyroos squad today, was an unused sub for Mjallby this morning in the Allsvenskan (Swedish top flight).

Kalik has interest from Parma, who have just been relegated to Serie B! That would be a great move. Serie B is a very competitive league and should really test him. It’s also a good shop window.

Also, credit to Kalik for having a really solid season. He seems to have got a lot more consistent game time and put in some good performances. He’s taken a bit of time to get his career up and going, but Serie B would be a very positive reward for the hard work.

Anthony Carter rumoured to have signed for Bangkok United in Thai League 1. Would be a big bump up in his wages compared to Viseu if that's the case.
