+xDeng starting on the bench v Avispa Fukuoka. Deng unused in a 2-0 win. Guangzhou Evergrande done 3-0 by Thai Port FC. Guangzhou might be regretting their second string strategy now that they're firmly at the bottom of the group.

Kitchee leading 1-0 at halftime. Dejan Damjanovic scored (former teammate of Taggart's at Suwon) Ridiculous that our teams aren't there.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Goal for Taggart, finally. Passes: Cerezo 500 - 160 Kitchee He looks knackered or slightly injured. Did he have issues in the roos camp?

Can't find the result of the Italian U18 final for the life of me, but it seems from Volpato's socials that he played a full game in a loss to Genoa.

Kawasaki Frontale up 7-0 against Beijing in the 59th minute. Between this and whatever the hell Guangzhou Evergrande have done there'll be some interesting implications on the rankings, and for the Aussies abroad in those groups.

Charlton’s first choice keeper Ben Amos is moving to Wigan so hopefully Maynard-Brewer gets promoted to first choice.

They've also signed a 28 year old Scottish keeper from Portsmouth.

+xirvine released from hibs ? Hmm... going by an article I read earlier the rushed an unexpected signing through that essentially replaces him and Irvine appears to be the one holding out on hibs. He's either an idiot because he only got half a season last season because he couldn't get a club now he might be out of a club again unless there is something brewing. Hibs is good club for him and I'd love to see him settle there till after the world cup.

Clean sheet for Langerak, hasn't conceded in the tournament so far. Jeonbuk 9-0 Tampines Rovers. What a farce.

Hibs is good club for him and I'd love to see him settle there till after the world cup. He did that at his last club and was clubless for a while If he is clubless again for a number of months then you’d have to question his judgement. We’ve seen players in the past go through this and it rarely ends well, including Irivine himself, Arzani and Lucas Neill. Missing pre-season training with a club is never optimal. Mooy seems to be in a similar position.
