Palace have signed CB Marc Guehi from Chelsea after a solid loan period at Swansea. That seriously dents JRB's chances. Still, he'd be better off having a season in League One on loan.

I'm just glad there is some crowd at the game. Scotland hasn't gone crazy like that of England, but it's nice to see some supporters at the game (just under 30% of capacity). Scotland's First Minister has said Scotland won't be following Englands lead by open up everything without restrictions (which is wise IMO).

Bit annoyed it wasn't rolled to Rogic from the spot to have a hit. Still, pretty energetic display by Celtic and with the concerns about the squad here and there from Ange he'll be pleased in some ways.

I commented on the Ange thread so I wasnt sure where the game was watched on, but some positive signs for the team at least they just need to sign a few more players which is already known anyway.

Celtic forumites seem unhappy with Barkas effort on the goal and with Barkas generally, many calling for new gk asap. Forster return has been rumoured but I'm not sure that he's suited to the sweeper-keeper role Ange likes. How about one from left-field - Paul Izzo. I'm not sure myself, would need others, such as Adelaide fans, to say whether he'd be a good fit for Angeball. Would like to see Izzo out of Xanthi and there doesn't look to be too many openings for him in the A-League at this stage. 

The only available Aussie I could see at this stage being good enough for what Ange is doing is Langerak
Transfermarkt says his contract expires at the end of January and at 32yrs might be up for one last challenge in Europe 
That's if the keeper situation isn't sorted by xmass

I don't really see Langerak as a sweeper-keeper type. I think he's most comfortable when his team sits fairly deep.

wow thought he was a way off but 11 goals in u18's ain't bad from midfield last season.... still very young... Ireland looks very keen on him.

Lachlan Brook also made a senior team debut, off the bench, for newly promoted Brentford in a friendly this week. I know it's only a friendly, but at least he's getting added to the top team squad for these kind of games. I know he had a pretty good season for their reserve team last season & scoring goals
