+x+xconsider we have a dangerous storm going on and the Aus open had Ash playing to night in melbourne to get a full house on a thursday night is a monster effort well done Victoria mate there's 5 million people in melbourne, i think they had a couple of games covered for the night crowds for everything hasve been down due to covid i dont think people realise how scare so many ppl are due to the high case numbers to pack a stadium is big deal even Victory are struggling to get members to games due to the situation and MV have been decent this season

+xSee what happens when good form and sharpness plays. Leckie is playing but he's having a torrid time. Goodwin and McGree with good things straight out albeit the opponent is tired. I thought Leckie played well. His off the ball movement was the best in the team, just always looked to be apart of the attack. Of course leckie lacks that finishing product which he has lacked his entire career

Comfortable win.
A few issues playing out from the back and into the midfield. Mooy was quite sloppy, Hrustic to come in for him.

+xRefs in Asia make decisions based entirely on feelings. "I don't like that he assumed it was a foul so it wasn't a foul". It's actually an embarrassment. “It’s the 90th minute, they’re winning, they don’t need a penalty.”

nice work
entertaining game, clean sheet, new players, 4 goals.
Not much to complain about
Lots of question marks raised though over our best 11 from the subs

Yeah I few questionable decisions sure, but he let the game play. Too many refs pull up every little clip of the angle or shirt pull and that always plays against us in games like this.

Irvine shit Mooy shit Leckie, all sizzle no stake. Degeneck looks like a player who hasn't played in months.
Mcgree, and goodwin may come in.
Arnie won't change to much vs oman, but has to look at it for the last 2 matches.

Mooy in the position he played tonight is not going to cut it, he is too slow and for some reason seems to have lost the ability to win the ball, which he did very well when he was at Brighton. I would rather see him playing in the position Irvine played, and have a real number 6 (is there anyone apart from Jeggo?) in the team.

I don't think its the position that's the issue, I think it's the fact he's playing in an a crap league.

Maybe the Chinese government should focus on developing decent footballers instead of banning tattoos.
