Irvine starting in a crucial game vs Darmstadt. Bundesliga 2 is incredibly hot right now. Becker is leaving for Hoffenheim and plays around the same position as Metcalfe so that's one slot down.

Worryingly Swansea are 14th currently but had 75% possession. Unless there is a drastic change in form I don't see middlesbrough making the playoffs.

who is still in contention for promotion amongst osaussies?

Smith (83) and Degenek (87) both started in MLS this morning. 

Genreau at Toulouse in Ligue 2 looks certain for automatic promotion.
Karacic at Brescia still possible for automatic promotion but more likely will need to gain promotion through the Serie B playoffs.

In the Championship, Tyrese Francois if he stays at Fulham who are already guaranteed promotion.
McGree (Middleborough) still possible for the playoffs, although it's looking less likely now than a few weeks ago.
League 1, Bailey Wright at Sunderland are certain for the playoffs and could still even make automatic promotion. Massimo Luongo at Sheffield Wednesday could still make the playoffs.
In League 2, Sutton United (Bouzanis) and Swindon (Lyden) could both still gain automatic promotion but the playoffs are more likely.

In Scotland Premiership, Dylan McGowan already qualified for promotion with Kilmarnock.
Serie C in Italy and 3.Liga in Germany do have players still in contention for playoffs, but the prospects seem quite unlikely.
In most other European Leagues, there dont seem to be too many in the lower Divisions who might earn promotion with their teams.
