Marca has confirmed Mabils move to Cadiz. Apparently his buyout clause is at $15million euros.

https://www.marca.com/futbol/cadiz/2022/05/24/628c9eb122601dfe458b45f7.html

Noting there position and lack of finishing he may get good game time!!!

U13 Goalkeeper Noah Clément transferred to U14 Eintracht Frankfurt for season 22/23. Playing in the U15 Hessenliga.

Is this the kid whose Dad used to post about him on here?  Awesome if so.

Is this the kid whose Dad used to post about him on here?  Awesome if so.
That’s me the dad.
He was asked  by Mainz05 In November last year to attend a closed sighting with 3 other Keepers and about 7 field players.
Was selected to join training but got injured and was unable to attend
In the meantime Eintracht also organised two  sightings ,the first held by the U16 goalkeeper trainer and the second by the head of Goalkeeping at the Academy Jonas Gabi.
Noah has been training since January twice a week with U14 Eintracht team and twice a week with his current U13 club.
The full transfer occurs June 20th and Noah will play in his first game at Eintracht on the 26th of June in a tournament I believe.
We’ve applied  for Australian Citizenship by decent for him but we  have to wait now  until that is processed. It could take upto two years.
Still a long road for him to climb but considering the number of clubs and players in Hessen he’s done a great job so far.

So he’ll be in the U14 team and they will compete in the U15 Hessenliga.
I’ll give an occasional update if anyone is interested.

Here's a couple U13 Gruppenliga game links for those interested.

Awesome. Please keep us updated. You must be very proud.

It's brutal here in Germany.
Noah just replaced an Eintracht Keeper that had been there from U9-U13.
One of the U14 Keepers from Eintracht just got dropped after being there two years.
Other keepers dropped in other teams as they didn't grow tall enough even if they are technically really good.
Noah's been told he has a year to get his left foot almost as good as his right foot or he'll be out.
Hopefully he adjusts quickly.
A training day includes leaving home at 3:30pm, travel round trip 120km,Athletics/Weight training for 45min-1hr,1 hour goalkeeping training and 1hr15min training with the field team.He doesn't get home until  9pm and that's four times a week and then game days.
He only gets 2 weeks off for Christmas and two weeks off for Summer holidays.
That's a huge difference to Australian kids season.

I disagree about the training being brutal.

These are the things you have to do to make it and stay at the top end of Football.

Maybe things out here are a bit soft and that is why the talent is not there anymore.

Brutal as in it's unforgiving.
Here's an example Noah told me..He was at DFB talent  training back in October when the DFB trainer got the goalkeepers together and bluntly said "Only Noah has the right body shape and height the rest of you wont make it!"
Knife in the heart and no tissues.
Imagine being those other kids.
A few months earlier the knife would of been aimed at Noah as he only had a huge growth spurt last August.
With so many Youth Academies, clubs that have affiliations with those Academies,Teams that play in the highest  Amateur Leagues, state leagues, the DFB talent system there is such a huge pool to choose from.
So the clubs are constantly looking for better talent.
In the end it's the trainers that predict what the kids future growth and potential will be.
The kids can only train hard and play to their abilities. The rest is out of their hands.

I heard Crystal Palace have introduced some after care project to help Boys deal with rejection and depression once they leave the academy.
I think that's such a good step to take.

In regards to driving Noah gets picked up in an Eintracht mini van if the driver is available but otherwise with no speed limit on the Autobahn it takes us between 45min to 60min to get to the Riederwald Academy. So not too bad.
In regards to training some of Noah's friends that play in Kriesliga (local) they only train twice a week for 90min each session.
Most Gruppenliga teams(highest level for U13) train at least three times a week and also boys with talent will also be doing an extra training with the DFB trainers.
Most Academies will have four training sessions a week.
Another issue not brought up is the Tug of War with School work. The kids have to find the extra time to do homework and study.
With so much football naturally school grades suffer.
Makes for interesting discussion between parents.

Circati should be looked at by the senior team, arguably playing at higher level than all those selected…

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Valpato should be nowhere near the national team.

At best see if he’d go to u23/s

beside the fact he had not deserved it yet, his carry on should see him never selected unless he changed his petulance and self importance.

Too right. If he were selected other players would learn that all they have to do is blackmail the socceroos into capping them.

Volpato has opted for Italy, pretty much said it in his Optus Sport interview. We can put that to bed now.

For what its worth, he may actually stand a decent chance of playing for them too, the youth coming through for Italy isnt as strong as it once was for this generation.

Not really. He isn’t going to say he will accept Australia call up cos it will hurt his chances in the Italian underage set up

Matthew Millar has been released by St Mirren. Would be an outstanding pickup at RB for an A-League club.

Alongside Rogic leaving Celtic, Boyle leaving Hibs and AMB and Robertson returning to England, we’re losing our takeover of the Scottish Premiership.

Next season we’ll only have the 3 Hearts boys, as well as Dylan McGowan who got promoted with Kilmarnock.

I think he's ahead of Atkinson now. Could/ should get called up if we make the WC. Here's hoping he starts at Hibs next season
