+x+xHearts fans lamenting that despite the mistake last night, he might be too good for spl Much has been made of this squad being the weakest but I disagree.. its just young. In a few years when a few I thought so too, but it’s not that young. According to a French article I came across, the average age of the squad is 26.5, with Kuol being the only one under 21. Sounds a bit older than I assumed. They said “Arnold has obviously gone for experience over potential”…

Heard of Gegenpod that Duke's wife is British and she's been living in the UK with the children while Mitch has been around Saudi and Japan. Covid certainly wouldn't have helped with living and visas.
To the point, there was suggestion of interest from England. After scoring at a WC and that display, the Championship would beckon as a squad member. Of course his age and CV would see every club say no way to such a suggestion. To ensure minutes there are plenty of League One clubs about. We're still short an Aussie at Aberdeen.
I just enjoyed the fantasy of an English move for Duke but the family could end up anywhere now Covid is calm.

Duke earns £353,600 per year with Fagiano Okayama. The average wage in the SPL is £115,139. Not going to happen.

I think wanderers should throw everything at getting duke. Everyone knows his name now would be a proper marquee signing

86min for Teague in U23. Schedule seems disjointed with regular breaks. Getting a little annoyed about how seemingly few minutes he plays.

So Kuol hasn't featured for Stuttgart 2 for a few weeks. Unsure why.

+xSo Kuol hasn't featured for Stuttgart 2 for a few weeks. Unsure why. He's been on tour with the first team in the USA. Basically filling the squad while the rest are at the WC. I hope he goes to Manchester United U23 because that should open up massive loan opportunities in the EFL.

Hope it’s not too off topic, but am I right in thinking that Teague, Peupion, Iredale, Tilio, Niewenhof and Wood all came through the SFC academy around the same time? And Devlin a bit older than them. That’s one hell of a youth team.

Friendly in Dubai: Brighton 2 Aston Villa 2
Cameron Peupion - 7
The Australian put in an exciting performance after replacing the injured Danny Welbeck in the first half. Fired a tame shot at Aston Villa keeper Robin Olsen in what was Albion's best move of the first half. Began the second half with a lovely bit of skill that beat a Villa defender, before firing a sumptuous cross into the box. Always looked to drive at the Villa defence and move the play forward. Partial to the odd stepover or two. Has the potential to be a player that could bring Brighton fans out of their seats.
Time to fast track Peupion.

Using Transfermarkt which is fairly reliable, Mo Toure and Yaya Dukuly haven't played for Reims 2 since September. 2 goals in 4 for Toure while Dukuly also made 4 appearances. The team itself has lost every game since then except for a goalless draw. Does anyone know anything more?
