Hypothetically if we win every asian cup game how high would our ranking be?

That is not a performance ranking. Like I said in the other thread, these tables are normally based on simply how many points you earn and how far you make it. That's how it's always worked in the past. This one seems to take into account FIFA ranking as well. Pure performance ranking 5-16 is:

5. England (10 pts)
6. Netherlands 10
7. Portugal 9
8. Brazil 9
9. Japan 6
10. Senegal 6 (GD: 5-7)
11. Australia 6 (4-6)
12. Switzerland 6
13. USA 5
14. Spain 4
15. Poland 4
16. Korea 4

A completely worthless ranking, but at least it makes more sense than these "power" rankings. Like, why would Poland be ahead of Switzerland and Senegal with less points and one less win? Why would Spain be ahead of Japan who beat them and qualified for the second round in a higher position from the same group? For that matter, why is Spain ahead of Australia? Socceroos got 2 wins and 6 points to Spain's 1 and 4. And why is USA ahead of Australia? It makes no sense at all as a "performance ranking".

Power rankings are basically put together by a bunch of writers over lunch. Unless certain data is put behind it, it's basically a 'feeling.' You see it all the time with NFL and even the Fox Sports Socceroos power rankings they once had. 

So it’s basically just an American thing? Explains why USA is so high.

I like the world cup with a final placing system. I didn't realise it existed until I saw the placing on the Socceroos Wikipedia tournament summary.

Handball and Ice Hockey have a game between two teams to determine the split so you'd have Qatar vs Canada? For 32 vs 31.
