+xHow was Gerang Koul doing as super sub? created two big chances winning the ball back in midfield, one leading to a goal.

Did anyone watch Souttar's game. Despite the own goal, how did he fare?

+xDid anyone watch Souttar's game. Despite the own goal, how did he fare? Fine. Typical swift passing from the back. A nice long ball early to Tete that had fans excited. Leicester fans have the same 'here we go' hush when there's a set play or corner and you know big Harry is up there. Some of those diagonals to Souttar out wide to head inward was implemented. I loved how Faes applauded and grabbed his arm after the own goal as he scored two in one game recently. Faes even seemed calmer having Souttar next to him. Could be a massive pairing.

Good stuff, thanks. Hopefully we'll see a goal or two down the right end soon :)

I really think D'Agostino has strong cards to succeed Duke in the role Arnold wants up top. While Arnold has implemented good systems with Taggart, Boyle and even Giannou up top I think that highly energetic shoving type is what he wants. D'Agostino is good in the air too.

Metcalfe being played as a right winger again. Interesting. He's not been brought central.
St Pauli also having their striker come into midfield and then Metcalfe hangs around on the right when then sees his fullback even further up.

What a lovely goal by Metcalfe. A static position and he just lofts it around keeper with a left foot. Flag goes up the Same time. VAR checks and it's onside.

That really is a peach of a goal by Metcalfe. Love it. He's done it from a standing start.

Metcalfe's goal is akin to kids trying it at training then for some kid's uncle of Southern European heritage coming over in thongs and trackpants and mastering it first time. Just a wonderfully lofted goal.
Hannover have been aggressive in attack and St Pauli lead with two minimal moments that have led to goals. Yet, Irvine finding space in midfield and it's St Pauli winning that battle.

No Kuol in Stuttgart squad and no U23 game until next weekend. Ugh, what's the point? He's surely got to start for the U23 next weekend at least.
Meanwhile Italiano started for Gladbach U23.

Taken back as offside but that's a nice lofted assist by Metcalfe. Clash in box and ball floats to Metcalfe who volleys it across for a header.

I don't get why Hearts manager wont leave Kuol out there for at least 70 minutes. What's the fucking point playing him in midfield for 45

Hearts 2 starting forwards have been Shankland and Ginnelly have had a great season so far. Kuol and Humphrys are doing really well when on so will see more game time. Game again https://youtu.be/0-X2RB3VI0o
