From what limited sources I can find, I believe Jesse Curran started at right back in a 1-0 win

Im starting to worry less about the players that commit to other countries now. After the last game against Arg, we have never had the depth we have now.

The main weakness is central strikers. We have few of sufficient quality and not much depth either.

We might be a bit light on with keepers too. However, that AU keeper who played against Ecuador has promise.

The likes of Volpato, might not be good enough anyway. Circati committing is another added strength to an area with depth issues too.

Arnie changed the shape without 3 regular wingers - Doyle, Mabil and Goodwin.

Oli Sail played the full 90 in a 4-1 loss to Sweden

Former A-League player Callum McCowatt scored

Jesse Curran started in a 3-2 loss to Taiwan while Oli Sail started NZ’s friendly against Qatar. The game was abandoned at half time when the Kiwi’s were 1-0 up as one of the Qatari’s racially abused Michael Boxall in the first half. The officials did nothing about it so the Kiwi’s rightly refused to play.

Niyongabire came on as a sub in a 3-2 win while Moudi Najjar wasn’t even on the bench.

Lachlan Bayliss called up for NZ U23's.

He was the best player in CCM's youth team before joining the Jets so this could be a bit of a loss for us.

Macarthur youth team winger Ayman Gulasi has been called up for Turkey U19. He has previously played for the Joey's.

Kyah Cahill (the son of Tim) captained and scored for Samoa under 23's in their 3-0 over Tonga. The other two goals were scored by another Australian in Greg Siamoa who currently plays for Green Gully.

Siamoa is an exciting little player... Interesting about Cahill's son.....  Mustnt be much of a player if his old man couldnt get him into the Australian setup.

Considering he is at the Lusail Football Academy now, I wouldn't be surprised if Qatar have a crack in the future either

Zoricich starting for NZ u23's, no sign of Bayliss.

NZ have qualified for the Olympics, Zoricich started every game. Bayliss seems to have withdrawn from the squad. 

Riak can stay in Africa..... missing a grand final to play a dead rubber international FFS.

All 3 also started in a 1-0 friendly win over Kenya.

According to wiki, looks like Jack Hingert and Nishan Vellupilay have been called up to the Sri Lanka national team. Not sure if official or not though.

Max Crocombe and Joey Champness have been called up by New Zealand with Oli Sail being dropped.
