+xRed for Sunderland right back. I've not been following but O'Nein is at centre back and I thought was much more of a right back or even centre mid. Experienced Batth is there but a potential reshuffle might see Triantis start next weekend. Shame it wasnt the cb!

Massimo Luongo vs. Sunderland (2-1 W)
90 minutes played 5/5 tackles won (🥇) 8/11 ground duels won (🥇) 2 blocks 2 interceptions 100% aerial duels won 2 clearances 9 ball recoveries
Burgess an absolute rock today. Good distribution as well and calm. Didn't allow pacey players to phase him. Enjoyable to watch that on dazn.

I think the championship season is too long for him though and his form dips

bode with an injury time equalizer spewing
still, Yazbek is playing regularly in the 2nd best team in norway
and VAR overturns it, Viking win against Bode with Yazbek getting a full game
Bode is roughly Celtic/Rangers quality for those curious

+x+xRyan Strain starting for St Mirren. So is Baccus & Boyle. Super pissed off that Miller isn't Hibs starting RB to start the season. From all accounts he had a good pre season & whenever he started last season he did well, especially at the end of the season. St Mirren won 3-2. Jeggo came off the bench and Adam le Fondre scored for Hibs

With Mooy gone, we are in desperate need of an experienced out & out DM and he ticks all the boxes. O'Neill & Baccus have potential, but Mass is a class above at this stage.

I see that Harry Souttar sitting on the bench as un-used substitute in first EFL Championship game for 2023-2024. From being in the 1st team when Leicester was in the Premier League, now back in the Championship sitting on the bench and not used as a substitute. It looks like he's lost favour with the Leicester coach.

Was thinking about this last night. In this situation, fuck it. Regular games, a good coach, Europe, his brother at the rival team. I know the EPL was and still is an aspiration but that ship has sailed on an organisational level, not ability.

Would be close to home too and celtic give good prep for international football

He should or should have. I don't think there'll be much Indian league transfers for the time being.

Alex Robertson loaned to Portsmouth. Brilliant to see him link up with Yengi and the correct level for now I'd say.

He comes across to me as a rusty machine that needs an absolute flogging of senior minutes this season. Really glad he's done this. Portsmouth have 50 games minimum to go this season.

Would be a great move for Harry as a reset & also a good move for the Socceroos. We need our best CB actually playing!!!

I would argue that The Championship is a much better league than the SPFL but if he can't get a game at The Foxes then Celtic is worth a shot if he's a guaranteed starter. Shame he left Stoke, to be honest.

Robertson on at 62 and Yengi gets a second goal via a pen. 3 in 2 will have him on the fans' side.
