City - will drop back to the pack this year, but will be up there as always. SFC - feels like they have had a better offseason than most WSW - will consolidate last years base. WU - Penha is a massive signing. playing out of Tarneit (I'm assuming they are) should help them. BR - feels like they have had a better offseason than most, but they are coming from a long way back. PG - Stajcic effect. AU - No Goodwin, no Adelaide. CCM - Lost too many players and the coach. Victory - I have no expectations. decent defence. average attack. Might see a lot of 0-0 draws. NJ - interesting coach signing, but you can't polish a turd. WP - unknown quantity. MFC - unknown quantity.

+xMV look to be last judging by woeful results so far MV will either be excellent or rubbish. Top 4 or bottom 2. There won't be an in between. It will all hinge on how well Brimmer has recovered and whether Popa can fix Arzani's attitude and get him firing again. Defence is solid, but difficult to see where the goals are going to come from. Marco Rojas is a free agent, they may as well sign him again. He's always delivered in the past. He takes up a visa spot, but I'd rather have him than some rando no-name from who knows where.

They won't be excellent. They will be terrible. If they play lots of kids and rebuild then I am ok with that, but popa seems directionless. His recruiting has been awful at MV and he hardly gives young players a chance. I don;t think the defense is good. The french guy is ok, but Miranda has dropped off as he is quite old. Having Chapman as DM is laughable.
