Quick taps give me Spain England and Portugal France semis but as we know with the Asian Cup 3rd placings, it'll be mental and anything can happen. 

Not too bad regarding kick off times for European workers. Just the first week has workday kick offs at 3pm with week 2 going from 6pm and knock outs not earlier than 6pm.

5am starts for the late games in Australia but at least work, unless you're on graveyard shift, can't get in the way.

Dark horse: I really can't say as Belgium have had the tag for 10 years while Portugal won it and Switzerland aren't unknowns but are a bit like Mexico at the WC; good, but not able to win it.

Novelty group you wish Australia were in: A in place of Hungary to put arguments to rest regarding Scotland. E in place of Slovakia as we're often ranked near Ukraine and it'd be interesting.

Is it considered a choke if you struggle to qualify, and haven't made the last 2 World Cups? I'd label it more as 'standard' these days.

I did the predictor above and got England vs Germany final 

good one mate, I just did mine.
I finished with a Cro France finale - France winners sadly.

My semi finals are Germany vs Portugal and England vs France. I think whoever wins the semi final between England and France will win the Euro. I'm tipping France just because of recent history but the game could go either way.

Look, given their current debacle of life, getting out of that group is a success.
Based off last Euro, 3 points CAN be enough, but not always.
Can Italy draw against either Spain or Croatia, while also beating Albania? Me thinks not (it's getting the result against either Spain or Croatia that will be the tough ask).

Last match against spain was a 2-1 loss in the Nations League semi finals a year ago.
Croatia - haven't played since a 1-1 away draw in Euro 2016 qualilfying.

Spain v Italy is the crucial game then I think.

Need to keep the goal difference down across those two games and beat Albania essentially, if they can't get a point in them.

And to think this is a group with the 8th, 9th AND 10th ranked nations by FIFA.....

Wouldn't have a clue who could or will win but looking at those groups it makes a mockery of the teams we come up against in the Asian Cup....and tbh World Cup. The Euros are THE tournament for quality football.

Well they stuffed up the world cup with expansion so euros can overtake it as the premium mens international tournament but I'm not fan of 3rd place going into knockout Rd 

Hard to see past France. 
England will come close, they look strong, just a worry defensively. 
Portugal and Spain could do well. 

Germany squad announcement has been different with 1-2 layers revealed each day in different places. One on who wants to be a millionaire? Another on a radio show. 

I’ve got England to win it providing Southgate doesn’t get cold feet in the knockout games.

Surprise package for me it’s Germany, they will look to bounce back after another disappointing World Cup campaign and I think they will.

Disappointment, the Netherlands I haven’t been convinced by them with Koeman in charge.

France not too sure, Spain again will have a young team and Portugal has always performed well at the Euros.

It should be good.

Pretty much agree with all this... I also think Hungary are one to keep an eye on, played some really exciting stuff over the past two years.... Isnt totally impossible to get out of a group with Germany, Scotland and Swiss ... might go on a run. I think France will bomb... 

As long as it isnt De Bruyne :P
