I hope someone like Nisbet gets 130mins over 2 games. Issue is the regulars might be a bit annoyed having travelled when they'll likely have a European summer holiday after. We've got to get exposing the newcomers.

I really hope he goes full aaron mooy level. Similar stats at a similar age but mooy went to another level the following season

Nizz is so different from Mooy but outrageously good in his own way.

No-one in Australian football keeps the ball like Nizz, and he is an excellent forward passer. For those two reasons we ought to be looking at building the team around him.

A lot of people (still) need to get over his height. He's a fucking good player.

I just love how he gets in between the lines. With his height he'd stand out too in a good way. The low gravity allows him to glide around.

Yeah Nizzy was great this season, I hope you're right with the Mooy comparison, but he would need to come on leaps and bounds to get to Mooy's level when he went to Huddersfield. Huddersfield fans used to say he was their best player for 70 years & he was our best player over the last decade IMO

Exactly he should've been in the u23 set up for a least a year prior to the u23 Asian Cup, with the view of gradually bringing him into the Socceroos. Can't wait to watch him play tonight. I hope Circati is also in the starting team, with Bos at LB. 

Even if it is Bangladesh I just hope we can dust off a lot of cobwebs and then have a very dominant display against Palestine too. 

The wet ,slow pitch and high humidity did not suit him and he came up against a tenacious LB.However showed enough that he will do well on a fast pitch and when given the ball in good positions.

Yep agree with all of this. There was a pass he made right at that start that was class. Could have had a goal bar a poor finish. I reckon he failed to adjust to the heavy pitch which is understandable.

Good we have topped the group give some of the other players a run in a competitive match - get a few caps to the younger guys see if they hold up under pressure 

9 new starting players probably means gauci and irvine starts and every other player rotated
