Scarce info really. Not sure how I prefer it as rumours are fun but if nothing then it just hits you when the deal breaks. Not a peep with Iredale so it could be anywhere!

Is Iredale off contract? Is it possible he stays in Buli 3?

Free agent now. The catch is he'd steamroll the 2rd division now but would need start in Bundesliga 2. A move to another country appears a bit more likely now.

I think Iredale needs to. As he's not really proven I don't expect it to be a huge move. Somewhere like League One, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway or similar would be good.

Yeah those places would be fine. In his entire career he's score a goal every second game and was only kept out by an absolute clinical teammate who has now moved to a first division club. I'd rather confident players scoring and playing very regularly over being at a bigger club or higher level for prestige points. Fit and confident is key.

Ugh, not Spain again. Derby wouldn't be for the lifestyle however.

Jordan Murray has rejoined Jamshedpur. Australian fans in the past have complained about recycling players (not so much now) but it seems to be far more prevalent in India and no one over there cares.

I thank India and South Korea for plucking what are generally, local players surplus to requirements.

Jack Duncan has signed with Melbourne Victory on a 1 year deal.
I'm a bit disappointed in this signing. With Langerak arriving in January, I would have preferred MV use the young blokes until then.

Iredale teasing on X on board a plane with red tips on the wing. Assuming it's Frankfurt and checking on flight radar, its Austria or Turkish. Would be a bit late to be starting a summer holiday now. Iberia has red tips too.

One way to look at it is Duncan didn't play at all last season and it makes sense to inject a little experience into your GK stocks until Langerak arrives.
Only 1 year contract and surely no guarantees that Duncan will be handed the number 1 shirt on a silver platter.

Another page posing the question of an A League return to get some chatter going. Unlikely I'd say due to the later A League start and fewer games available. It can jeopardise national team selection in some windows.

Feels like a deadline day game of cat and mouse for Iredale. Another photo with 2 KLM Cityhoppers on the runway which would be very unlikely for Frankfurt airport. It'd be Amsterdam or maybe he just landed there. The red tips on his smaller plane couldn't be some Chinese one though. Might have an announcement by evening.

Air Asia out of KL?

Good shout. There's nothing in the air on that route. With 2 KLM city hoppers I'd tip Amsterdam departure. Looking at the time of post there's a German airways, which is generally non commercial, flying to Aalborg and those red wing tips are flaring at me. Could be Aalborg.

Seeing on social media his finance plays for Bielefeld women, you'd think they'd not want to be apart so much. Whole couples work and life apart, you'd surely want to avoid it. Maybe she'd go to a female club nearby.

Ha I was right! It was the German Airways plane to Aalborg. Iredale has joined Aalborg.

He worked with the manager when at Heerenveen so that's a very good sign.

Only other striker is a loan return Serbian while ex Villa, Helenius, seems to be leaving going to Iredale news Facebook posts. Lots of right wingers so you'd think more striker play will be available. I take comfort that it's a former manager from Heerenveen, the very start of Iredale's career. He's new in the role himself as it appears Aalborg had secured promotion and then the manager was snapped up by Elfsborg in season. The squad is still being built as they're thin on experience.

Why don't clubs necessarily disclose the duration of a deal? It'll be on the Transfermarkt site eventually. I just find it lazy. The fee I can understand to some extent.

I read Farrell may be leaving to the Championship. I have no idea how reliable that info is so take it with a grain of salt.
