Minimal whispers they're trying to get Robertson back. Seeing Delap and (forget the other) breaking City ranks after numerous loans tells me Robertson should just get out now and hit it off elsewhere.

I wonder if Ryan's partner has modelling work in Milan and that's part of it? European competition too so a lot of football and should get some games but he won't be as sharp by playing less. 

Yokohama had a surprise 4-1 win against Kashima last night (Kashima would have gone 2nd with a win). That will buy Harry more time, they nearly crashed midweek in the cup to a team near the bottom of 2nd division, only saved by a late equaliser and shootout win.    

Personally I wish he’d stay put more often.

I really wanted him to go back to Belgium e.g. back to Genk as they love him in Belgium, but I’d imagine Belgian clubs couldn’t compete when it came to wages. 

Ryan gets in right in lifestyle and wages and generally has in footballing terms too. The Spanish adventures were bad for his game. This move to Roma has to be a wage and life experience thing. Lots of football there though so hopefully there's an understanding to play from time to time.

Seemed on the cards for a while, just weird timing as they just had their best game of the season.

I’m with you wish he’d stay put but I suppose he’s looking to but can’t find the balance - sooner he get a gig that he’s no1 as well, he’s in his prime years now for GK so hopefully he can break through at Roma with a lot of football to play coming up.
