My mum would look at me as if i were mad if i asked her if she could buy me a football jersey online for over 1k. Even it had been worn by Beckham she'd say no. And yet she can still go out and spend $700 in just 4 hours on shoes....hmmmph.

My mum looked at me like I was crazy when I bought my Newcastle jersey. I could only imagine what it'd be like if I bought a jersey for 1k. You're lucky s_f. But not in the sense that it's a Sydney shirt. :p

You are lucky! I had to work for my Liverpool shirt. $150 for a home shirt with Gerrard on the back. Unfortunately Dad did the washing one day. Hot water wash and the number was screwed. To make up for it he got me an Adelaide shirt. But that still means I only have one football shirt. I wish I had the money for one of those Come Play shirts.

Guess what I had to do for my Liverpool shirt....sit in my room, aunty turns up after an England trip and says 'You go for Liverpool dont you?, Here you are boy-o' I'm like wtf, but it was a proper jersey signed by Torres, so I got over it.

Best: Weekend.
Worst: At work, someone dropped a jar of pasta sauce and a jar of jam. As I was cleaning it up, I got glass stuck in my finger, despite how careful I tried to be.
